3. Payment and Billing

  • Payments for our services are billed monthly or annually as per the chosen plan.
  • Payments are due in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing and service offerings, but changes will not affect your existing subscription until the renewal period.

4. Subscription and Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled in advance.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused portions of your subscription period.

5. Account and Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

6. Modifications to Services

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any of our services with or without notice.
  • We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

7. Support

  • Support is provided based on the selected service package. NPO Basic includes 12 hours of support per year, SME Basic includes 24 hours per year, and Advanced and Premium include 24 hours of email or phone support per year.
  • Additional support may be purchased by the hour or as outlined in the pricing details.

8. Customization and Features

  • Customization options are limited based on the selected service package.
  • The Premium package includes advanced customization options and marketing features such as AI Marketing and Chatbots.

9. User Conduct

  • You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws) by using our services.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, and data on this website, including software, databases, text, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks, are the property of Paperless Solutions.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without express permission.

11. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate your access to the service if you violate any of the terms of this agreement.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

  • These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Paperless Solutions operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
